Easy Peasy Spaghetti with “Meatballs”
- 1 bag Beyond Meat Beyond Beef Italian Style Meatballs
- 1 Jar Canned Sauce
- 1 tbs Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 Diced and Sautreed Onion
- 1 Diced and Sauteed Pepper
- 1 Cup Mushrooms
- Brown “meatballs” in pan with scant amount of oil until cooked through.
- Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste and cook for one minute. Do not brown garlic.
- Stir in sauce and let it soak into the meatballs.
- Pour over pasta.
